SHIPPING

We are able to ship a complete BioPod™ along with all of its parts in one 27 x 16 x 16" box. DHL, UPS, and FedEx have determined that the dimensional weight that is applicable for this oversized parcel is 36 lbs. We also have a 29 x 20 x 17" box that can fit either 2 or 3 units inside. We designed it this way to save on freight. The rates for ground shipping per residential 2 foot unit are as follows:

One unit: $26 - 48 contiguous states
Two or three units (in 1 box): $38 - 48 continuous states

SPECIAL ORDERS

We can ship the BioPod™ Plus via USPS Parcel Post to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, and US Military Bases overseas.  Because of the complexities of shipping via Parcel Post, please allow a few extra days for processing.  Unfortunately due to government regulations, we cannot ship any live goods outside of the 48 mainland states.  With a few exceptions, we can ship the BioPod™ Plus to foreign destinations via FEDEX or USPS International Priority Air.  In addition to S&H, we do apply an international surcharge for all international BioPod™ Plus orders of between US$5-10 per parcel, depending on the paperwork involved.  Additional customs, taxes and duties may apply upon arrival.  We will ship the residential BioPod™ Plus to the following countries:
